How do I get a quotation?
What is the quotation process?
If you have chosen to contact us by phone, we can discuss your requirements immediately. Alternatively, if you have contacted us by email or our contact form, we can arrange a convenient date and time for a face to face meeting, arrange a video call, or a telephone call.
Your dedicated account executive will talk with you about your commercial insurance cover requirements and together, explore the potential business risks you face. After agreeing the protection you will need, we will create a tailored risk programme by working with our A rated insurer partners. The insurance cover details and cost will be presented to you for your consideration.
If you decide to proceed, payment will be to need to be arranged by BACS, credit/debit card or direct debit (for instalment options), prior to or on the day of the policy commencement date.

How long will my insurance quotation take?
We always aim to provide you with details of the best insurance cover for your needs, at the best price, as quickly as possible. A tailored insurance quotation based on the needs of your business will typically take between 1 -3 days as we will look to find the right insurance cover at a competitive price. The time taken will ultimately depend on the complexity of your business and the type of insurance products and cover required.
How do I make an insurance claim?
Should you need to make a claim, your policy documents will contain your policy number, details of what is and what is not covered by your commercial insurance policy along with the telephone number for the insurer claims line. In the first instance you should contact your insurer directly to begin the claims process.

With an ever-changing business landscape, you might find that you require more or even less cover than last year. Better to allow the time to get the right policy in place that fits your exact needs, than hastily organise insurance cover that’s not fit for purpose and could expose you to unnecessary risk.

What do I do if I need to make a change mid-way through the policy?
