Renew your policy

If you have received your renewal documents and would like to proceed with the policy, you can renew online with our card payment service, which is fast, safe and secure. Alternatively if you have any questions or would prefer to talk to an adviser you can get in touch on 01480 272727 and we’ll be pleased to assist.

• To renew online you must enter your total renewal premium for the coming year which will be stated in your recent quotation documents. The examples below indicate where you can find this.
• Please remember to enter our reference number which can be found on any letters or emails received from Barnes Commercial. The examples below indicate where you can find this.
• Once you have completed the form below, the next screen will take you to your payment options where you can complete your renewal.
• If you prefer, you can speak with a member of the team over the phone, who will be able to assist by calling 01480 272727.
• Please note. If you pay after 4pm on the date of your renewal, payment will be taken, but we cannot guarantee that your renewal cover will be effective until the next working day.
  If your renewal date falls on a weekend and you pay for your renewal after 4:00 pm on a Friday or over the weekend, payment will be taken, but we cannot guarantee that your renewal cover will be effective until the first working day of the following week.
